MarkWest Energy named #1 in customer satisfaction
Recently, MPLX/MarkWest Energy received a #1 rating in customer satisfaction as measured in EnergyPoint Research’s 2017 Oil and Gas Midstream Services Customer Satisfaction Survey.
In addition to rating first in total satisfaction, the company rated first in the Appalachian – Marcellus, Ark-La-Tex and Texas Intrastate regions. The company also took top honors for its HSE practices.

I am pleased and proud of my team’s efforts in winning the #1 Overall Customer Satisfaction award from the EnergyPoint survey again in 2017.”
The survey, which was independently funded and conducted by EnergyPoint, was completed in early November. Its findings reflect the results from more than 3,000 customer evaluations from across the U.S. and Canada. Major midstream providers were evaluated in multiple areas, including total satisfaction, pricing and contract terms, operations, project development, personnel, systems and administration, and corporate capabilities, as well as multiple segments, service categories and regions.
